KOCHI: From a 100 sqft humble office in 2017, this Kochi based startup SurveySparrow has now grown to the stature of an IT company operating from Infopark after it redefined how surveys are to be conducted across various verticals for major corporates across the globe. As put by Survey Sparrow Founder and CEO Shihab Muhammed himself in an official blog,  “on January 2017, I left Freshdesk (now Freshworks), ready for the next big adventure. Subin and I rented a tiny 100 sqft room in Kochi and in that humble little office, SurveySparrow officially took off.”

Survey Sparrow has now won accolades from top corporates across the globe and the company registered a robust revenue growth in 2021 after it saw an opportunity to grow when Covid pandemic pushed people across the globe to stay indoors and the demand for a digital-driven platform came up to conduct online surveys. The in-built Net Promoter Score (NPS) platform offered by SurveySparrow helped its global customers gain feedback and accurately measure customer loyalty.

SurveySparrow, which has closely associated with the Kerala Startup Mission, now employs 120 workers from at least 15 States. About 50 per cent of the company’s clients are from the US while Europe and Asia accounted for 25 per cent and 12 per cent respectively.
