Super League Kerala (SLK) is all set to redefine football in Kerala, and the partnership of Kerala’s leading brand Steelex TMT as a major associate sponsor of FORCA Kochi FC, a team co-owned by actor Prithviraj Sukumaran in the league, has already revealed the league’s growing acceptance in the market.
The collaboration between Steelex TMT and FORCA Kochi FC is a positive sign of how business houses in Kerala contribute to taking professional sports to new heights for fostering local talent.

Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, during a press conference on the occasion of the official announcement of FORCA Kochi FC’s team members, said that Super League Kerala signals a new era of football in Kerala, anticipated to attract a larger fanbase, stimulate investment, and overall promote football, providing new opportunities for fresh talent.
Six franchises will compete in the inaugural edition of Super League Kerala (SLK), representing the cities of Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Malappuram, and Kannur. The franchises are named Thiruvananthapuram Kombans FC, Forca Kochi FC, Thrissur Roar FC, Calicut FC, Malappuram FC, and Kannur Squad FC. The SLK, organized jointly by Kerala Football Association and Scoreline Sports Private Limited, will be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi; EMS Corporation Stadium, Kozhikode; and Sports Council Stadium, Manjeri.
